The news that Issue #60 ("Append file support") in the Quick Search Box for the Mac bug tracker has been marked as "fixed" by Dave MacLachlan will make a vanishingly small number of people exceedingly happy.
And since the other 99.99% of you have no idea what I'm talking about you can move right along. There's nothing to see here.
I guess the question is whether the bug fix will ever be seen in a release. Very long time since a release and while short on features at the moment, the fact that it is fast and is 64bit means Alfred is what I'm currently running. http://www.alfredapp.com/

I hope they ship the feature! I am a man of faith. (And thanks for
the pointer to Alfred App -- will check that out.)

A couple of months ago this might have been of interest to me, but I switched back to Quicksilver ( http://github.com/tiennou/blacktree-alchemy/downloads ).

Oh, then the crowd that would be interested in this just got
smaller... Damn! I need to work on my audience development skills.

You could just switch back to Quicksilver and have this feature immediately without having to wait around until whenever GOOG QSB bothers to do another binary release.

I'll remind you that I am a man of faith. Until I'm not.
